The rear hatch doesn't release on the first try. This problem only acts up in cold weather. The gas cylinders are not engineered to be strong enough.
The radio volume control sometimes doesn't function properly. When you try to lower the volume the opposite happens. Likewise raising the volume sometimes lowers it.
The air bag light seems to come on for no reason on an intermittent basis.

I had a problem with my airbag sensor (actually twice). It was replaced twice under warranty. Mine eventually came on solid all the time so they replaced it. Ask your dealer to check the codes they may be able to see it is acting up and then replace it under warranty.
