I have had a lot off problems with the car. It all started around my three months service, when my indicator switch started to turn left, the carpet had a problem with staying under the sills and the door rubbers was wearing away. I have had to wait ten weeks for parts which I fill is a long time. so this is the problems by date.

I still have a problem with the carpet, clang at the front, o/side and n/side door rubbers,o/side sill rubbers and today the comm 2000 switch is playing up again burn the car.
The car is a dream to drive all day.
It's a very strong car when hit from behind as I'm a driving instructor and have been hit from behind twice not my fault, but all the damage on my car was a split bumper.
The car is very quick when you need it to be.
I find the handbrake is to much to the left.
Have had the same problems with the COMM 2000 switch and at over €200 to replace it I have just let it be. Same problems with the carpets too.

Hi.
I feel sorry for all the people with 307's yet glad to know I am not the only one, I have got a problem with my COMM 2000, I am going to get a new one from a breakers yard at only £90 which I feel is steep, but its £60 cheaper that peugeot, I am just hoping that I don't need to get it programmed to the car, if I do I will find another cheap way of doing that.
I have all sorts on knocks and clangs the loudest and most annoying seems to come from the rear I think it might be the shocks.
I have also had a problem with the downpipe, "i hear you all saying me too?" well my first car had it, downpipe replaced at peugeots expense, my partners car had it, replaced at peugeots expense again, now my partners 307 is doing it again, this time let it be till its really bad. after that out comes the socket set.
I have had a front end and a rear ender in my 307's. the first was with a traffic light wrote the car off, second was in my now car which was rear damage and just smashed the bumper and dented the boot well. but all repaired.
Oh and one more problem. check this one next time your in your car. on the drivers side under the carpet the sponge is wet, yet top of carpet bone dry. can't seem to find out where the water is coming from if anyone has had this and solved it please let me into the secret where it it coming from?
That's about it for 307 problems, problems aside I still think they are an OK car, I mean all cars have there problems no matter how much they cost or who makes them, they are very sturdy and safe cars, it I was going to have another accident with a traffic light I wouldn't mind it being in a 307. plus theres lots of room to put thing in places and especially the family, don't need the fold them round each other, they just fit nicely.
Thanks for reading.
Sam.
