Dealer had to replace brake hoses before it would pass inspection.
Dealer had to replace the motor mount before I would buy it.
I had to replace the brake pads about 4 months after I bought it. (I did drive it hard!)
I had to replace the water pump 5 months ago. It was a very easy thing and not too expensive. It was about 20 dollars.
I hit a 300 pound deer with it in November and the car survived. It wasn't totaled and I will have it back soon.
My car runs great!
The Chevy company never ceases to amaze me. My car is better running at 150000 miles than my grandmother's Ford Tempo at 60000 miles.
I really love my car. Being a teenage girl that knows a thing or two about cars, I wouldn't pass this one up when I first saw it.
The car is extremely fast. I hit 240 MPH easily and the car never faltered.
It reminds me of a baby Camaro. The speed and body shape is a reminder of when America made strong, fast, durable cars. Can you name any new car that would easily survive an accident with a 300 pound deer? Me neither.
I just love my car and I thank the Chevrolet company for putting better vehicles than Ford out there. I am forever a Chevy owner.
"The car is extremely fast. I hit 240 MPH easily and the car never faltered."
You wouldn't hit 240mph with a stock 3.1 or an highly modified 3.1.
Hopefully that was a typo or else your car is "special" as I guess you probably are yourself!!!
You are on drugs if you think any 6 cylinder can do 240 mph. I just hope that was a typo.
The 3.1 wouldn't even hit 140. It was good for the 120's maybe... but geared to highly for much more than that before redlining it.
