"One of these babies is guaranteed to be a great bargain and great fun"

What things have gone wrong with the car?

RUST! (as if you weren't expecting to hear that!) Usual places of rusting are at the sides of doors, on the corners of windscreens, and the wheel-arches! its all fixed now and recently went through a quite nice wax job as well, looks like a beaut!

General comments?

The car was seriously quick when I first got it, but since then I've also made a series of nice modifications to it. More specifically I changed the transmission, the exhaust, lowered its springs, placed disc-brakes both at the front and the back and did some minor tricks to the engine to make it breathe better. It now gives out 155bhp and can do 0-60mph in 7 sec...not bad for a 13year old car!! Inside I've also placed a murderous ICE (Clarion deck, 2xAlpine 100watt 6x9'', 2xRockford Fosgate Fanatic Component system (200watts) at the front, 1 Kenwood 4x100watt Amp, 1Rockford 4x 400 amp, and Three Rockford HE 12'' subs)... gotta say it can deliver a bloody ear piercing 150db, but I've got the safety switch armed at 135db so I don't go deaf!

Honestly the A33, kicks ass all round... whether it is the sound of its engine, its performance or its ability to leave Golf GTi's behind on steep corners. Honestly it's a great piece of Italian engineering...I mean I already had one A33 and couldn't resist buying another!!

Plans for the future are getting a custom made body kit done... fitting a new interior and discussing with my lawyer my life insurance!

Hey I'd love to hear the exact mods you did to bring it up to 155...I was thinking of putting a 2.0TS out of a 145 into mime but that's the same power as you quote. Cheers.
