1996 Chrysler Sebring Coupe LX from North America - Comments

What things have gone wrong with the car?

Catalytic converter had to be replaced, computer had to fixed, the car misfires every couple of months, somedays the car won't even start.

General comments?

Everyone I know that has a Chrysler has had problems. After this experience with this car and the dealer that I dealt with I will never ever buy a Chrysler again and I would strongly advise anyone in the market for a Chrysler (any make) to reconsider.

In my opinion, you have had a bad experience and are over extending it to other Chryslers.

My family buys nothing, but Chrysler. We had a Neon for 10 years, until it was rear ended by a Cadillac. Over ten years we put new tires on it, brakes, oil, and a head gasket. That's IT. My dad has a 95 Dakota, it was a farm truck, so it was driven very hard for the first three years of its life, and it has had the wiring replaced (somebody cut the power wire to the started, causing it to catch fire), the rad replaced, and general maintenance. I haven't seen a chrysler yet that has had near the problems yours has had. I now have a 95 Sebring, it runs and looks great. My parents have an Intrepid, as does my brother.

Chrysler's are good vehicles, if they are driven normally.

If the vehicle keeps breaking, maybe looking in the mirror will answer the question why.
