"Brilliant cruiser, great performance"

What things have gone wrong with the car?

Front shock absorber was leaking, replaced both. Glow plugs failed, not the best of jobs to replace those!

Clutch cable replaced, but the clutch is on the way out.

Drivers seat has a small hole on right hand bolster.

Front offside lower balljoint replaced after previous one knocked.

Non metallic paint finish not the best.

Typical Peugeot rattles around the dashboard.

Wind noise from passenger side. It is not the turbo as one person has mentioned.

Rusty front fog lights, though I have never used them anyway.

General comments?

Brilliant car, sooooo chuckable, brilliant handling and excellent diesel engine. Recent round trip to Aberdeen (1400 miles) left me in no doubt about this cars motorway capabilities as well. Fuel consumptions approx 45mpg, apart from Aberdeen trip which fell to 35mpg (90 mph cruise).

The sports seats are great, very supportive. Engine is unburstable, so much power, but a very narrow powerband.

Increased turbo pressure (1.5bar) as well as fueling tweaks make this car a torque monster, acceleration is top notch. Typical 50-70 in top gear is 8 seconds, 60 - 80 in top is 8 seconds, 60 - 90 is 9 seconds. 30 - 50 in 3rd is 4 seconds. Sooooo quick!!

Brakes are OK, I would like to uprate these some time in the future.

Overall, an excellent car.

Good Review, the fuelling tweaks and boost increase make all the difference!. 1.5Bar? On standard intercooling? 18PSI is all they should take without uprated cooling. With a Front mounted intercooler, they can push 130bhp and well over 200ft/lbs of torque!.
