The peugeot 309 is an economic little motor. Cost £2000 in 1999 The results of the 5 year test has been overall running costs of £2000 (passes bangernomics profile) Unfortunately the vehicle is laid up at this time pending a new head gasket and possible piston realignment ; but the costs are still within paramaters. Particularly as the DVLA are allowing a twelve month respite,SORN.
Anyone else have similar tales on this fantastic little runner?
