"A good reliable cheap car"

What things have gone wrong with the car?

Cylinder head gasket leaks a little oil.

Suffers a little from damp in the engine, but only after a lot of surface water has went into the engine bay, say after you have driven in heavy rain or went through a puddle it sometimes splutters and the next morning runs rough that can be remedied with a quick spray of WD40 on electrical contacts and leads.

General comments?

This car has very good handling often can outperform bigger and more sporty cars on twisty back roads.

Even with its little 954cc engine it still is quite nippy and gets great miles per gallon.

Often feels a little small inside, but not too small that it feels cramped, Has a good sized luggage space for the size of car, Has a very basic inside.

I agree it's a good reliable car and nippy!, can surprise bigger cars at the lights (weighs about 750Kg and has about 60Bhp). My main gripe with the car is the noise when motorway driving, sometimes I have to turn the radio up loud to mask it.

Apart from that it's a fun car to drive & it loves country lanes.
