"A very affordable, high powered BEAST!"

What things have gone wrong with the car?

The ONLY thing that ever went wrong with my great Geo was that when we got it from the Texan that owned it was a cracked, faded and blurred back convertible window that was just obliterated by the Texas sun.

General comments?

My seats are in real nice shape (and for what little is there they're pretty comfortable), the clutch is relatively strong and the paint is all, but faded - I bet its just as pearly white as the day it was bought. It shifts nice through all 5 gears and it'll give a few compacts a run for their money.

The top takes one person about 45 seconds to take down or about a minute to put up; although I would suggest and advise using 2 people because it's a little easier. On my first tank of gas I got 39 mpg and that wasn't very accurate because there was still about a gallon left in the tank. This little monster will hold a good 65 on the highway or 15 through a parking lot. There's probably nothing any easier to drive except maybe a tricycle, and nothing could be easier to park in a crowded parking lot. Although not so great for passing; this car loves to cruise in that 5th gear overdrive right at 65 and my aftermarket cruise barely gets used because its just so much FUN to drive.

It's very easy to work out your car's fuel consumption.

Follow these easy steps:

1) Fill car with gas, as much as you can get in it.

2) Set trip recorder to zero.

3) Drive until tank is about 1/4 full.

4) Fill up with gas, as much as you can get in it. This

time write down how many gallons you put in.

5) Look at trip recorder & write down how many miles you

drove.

6) Using a calculator, divide miles you drove by gallons

you put in.

7) Example: If in 300 miles you used 10 gallons, divide

300 by 10. The answer is errr...
