Leather is starting to wear and look bad.
Brake pads & rotors need to be replaced when last major maintenance at 22k miles indicated that brake pads & rotors were fine.
Had to take to dealer to repair blown fuse because the engineering of the car does not allow a regular car-owner to get to the fuses themselves.
Terrible customer service, was told that the horrible warping was my fault for driving with the E-Brake on, which does not happen because I don't usually use the E-Brake.
One of the tailpipes is loose and hangs below the other - has been this way since I bought the car.
Have been a loyal Volkswagen owner for many years, I am very unhappy with the dealer service and overall customer service. Will not buy another Volkswagen again and am looking to get rid of this one ASAP.
Same problem experienced with brakes/rotors. Front rotors warped at 6,000 miles. Was able to get replaced under warranty. Similar problems at 32,000 miles. Diagnosed bot front and rear rotors warped and need replacing as well as brake pads. No longer under warranty. Customer service was horrible. Went thru all channels and received no help. Pat answer was wear and tear to brakes is not covered. Considered normal wear. Obviously there is a design/longevity issue with these components. Stinks paying 800-1000 dollars for this service with such little mileage. Now at 44,000 cam seals are leaking. Same answer, normal wear and tear. Once again $800 dollars service on me. Just about ready to get it fixed and dump it.
