The Hornet was a good car.
Very few problems.
All problems were cheap to fix.
The car only had a three speed gearbox.
The car was a pretty light yellow.
We had a 1972 hornet SST sedan as my mothers car. It was yellow with green interior. I think it had a V8 because she loved to spin the tires. My Father bought it for her because she hated his huge Buick. As I remember The car never broke down. It was called on to take loads of children to school every day. The car was replaced due to rusting of the front fenders. That was in the early 1980's by a Nissan Maxima.
