Rear springs, though it always has a ton or so of people in it most of the time.
Oil Pressure sending switch, small thing another dodge v-8 regular.
Have driven several one ton dodge vans for the last seven years and they all have the same maintenance issues around front end parts and rear springs.
Other than that, regular maintenance, tires and brakes is all this vehicle goes thru--but not at an unreasonable weight.
It averages 10-14 miles per imperial gallon. 360 gas motor.
With QUALIFIED EXPERT service repairs and calibrations made to dodge van front ends, they are indestructible. Camber, Caster, Toe in, Strut angles are important service concerns. Maybe driving style is the issue with your particular problems. Dukes of Hazzard is make believe. Try a ford or chevy junk-bucket see how far you get. Gutless engines plagued with soft cams, weak lifter's, cheap crankshafts, substandard fuel delivery systems (work well only when they feel like it!), twitchy erratic shifting failure prone transmissions and rear assemblies. yeah yeah I know LOCKERS (humf)! Oil senders go from flooring the vehicle EVERYWHERE YOU GO! It is a testament to Quallity and Excellence of design that with your poor treatment, neglect, and abuse that is all you had to replace!
