The front end is shaky when I plow snow.
The truck begins to rattle when I am overloaded.
Rear bumper is beginning to rust.
Extremely nice truck and very powerful.

Front End Problems... Just over warranty the Front End needed Balls Joints an Inner & Outer Tie-rods on my 99 F-250,
Ford wouldn`t help me a bit with the $ 1144.73 bill. 10,000
k`s later the same thing happened. Had to replace the Engine
at 116,000 K`s. Started having problems at 53,000 k`s with the Engine which was under warranty, Service Manager and I quote "If it goes bad Ron, Ford is good that way they will look after you". hehehehehe THEN I had to replace all the Brakes an Rotors at 118,000 k`s! Now the Transmission Shudders in Overdrive! Other than that it's a Hell`va Truck!
What did you do with your truck firstly?
Having to do the brakes over at 116,000 is exceptionally good you know.
Now seeing that the front end is having trouble, I'd assume you plow with it, which kinda explains the front end problems and the shuddering tranny, which is probably on its way out after so much abuse.
