A waterpump @ 12000km, new brakeshoes (for the first time!) @ 154000km.
The central locking went @ 130000km.
it's nice to know that they still build cars like this to last. I put petrol and oil in it and change the tyres-apart from that it starts every time, does 35mpg on unleaded 91, is comfortable, quiet and a pleasure to drive;I love it

I have owned a 1995 Ford Telstar 2.0L DOHC 16 V.
I have presently bought an Audi A4.
I cannot say that I have improved my lot. The Telstar compares favourably with the Audi. I think that the fuel economy of the Telstar is better, given it's bigger engine size. The response is also better.
