My heater moudule has been replace three times and it is still broke. It has to go in the shop to get it repaired for the fifth time. The windshield moudule has been repaired once and that is broke again. The plastic interior parts cannot stay tight, they are always lose.
I am very dissatisfied with this truck. I will never own a GMC again. I have had way too many problems with this brand new truck.
Gmc customer service is horrible. I have tried to claim this vehicle as a lemon and they will not.

I agree with your view of the dealership (s), however I loved the truck. It was a joy to drive. I had always heard about "pointing a car" and had no idea what that meant. after owning this truck, I understand. It drives like a sportscar. And the 4 wheel disc brakes ar fabulous. I haven't had brakes that good on any vehicle.
I bought mine as a Gm employee as a preowned factory car and it had 23,000 miles on it. The dealership jerked me around and when I went to pick it up, it had 3,000 miles more on it than it was supposed to have. And it looked to have been run off road all the way from Michigan to Ohio. And the dealership refused to clean it up.
I knew that dealerships didn't like the program, and if I had refused delivery, they could have resold the car for several thousand more. I took it anyway, but would never deal with that dealer again.
