Not much as at the moment I am in the middle of restoring it.
The 3.0S Capri engine that is going in is sweet as well as the type 9 5 speed gearbox. So that's about it.
The best classic anyone could ever ask for.
An essex V6 into a mk2 Escort? I would be very interested in hearing about this interesting conversion!You should be hitting 0-60 times at about the 7.5 to 8 second mark! Is this an easy conversion? (being a 1600 ghia owner myself!)
What age is the Capri motor that fits into the escort cause I own a 2 door escort 2L and want to fit a bigger motor into it?
Why an essex motor. just a sugestion, but a 2 litre zetec will drop straight in there and has so much more power. there cheap to get hold of now.
