The Ford Transit I have is the most uncomfortable vehicle I have ever driven; the driver's seat has given me back problems. Fords "customer care" is non existent and the Customer Relationship Center is a farce. After almost 12 months Ford still have not fixed the problem and I doubt they are bothered either. The so called "Backbone of Britain" is damaging my Backbone. I certainly would never ever recommend a Ford to anyone.

Hi there, I have a 95 ford transit for the last 6 months.the list of parts I have replaced are, starter motor, alternater, battery, propeller shaft, air heater motor switch, the power steering was leaking fluid, there was was a leek in the injection pump that I had a look at myself. all it needed was a new rubber O ring oil seal, when I went to ford thay said that thay only sell the hole unit 1000 euros. in the end I went to B and G and got the oilseal in the plumbing section. to this day its never leaked.. anyways I have driven a lot of vans and I think the build quality of the trasit is sub standerd, P S, lots of rattles, but there cheap.
