Front wheel bearings replaced @ 54,466 miles.
The alternator has been replaced twice
in 21 days. 1st time @56,700 miles then again 57,312 miles.
Full replacement of wiring harness @ 57,071 miles.
As I write this the car is back at the dealership for the 8th time since 7/30/03.
The warranty is quickly running out for a car that is nothing more than a piece of junk.
At what point is enough...enough.
I know the feeling. Our kia's transmission just went out @ 56,000 miles. The sucky part about it is the fact that we called kia to find out if the car still had a warranty on it (it was orig. my mom's car and she misplaced the warranty info so we figured we'd call the dealer and find out if it still had a powertrain warranty) They told us that we didn't have a warranty and any repairs that the car needed, we would have to pay for out of pocket. So we went and paid 2400 dollars to have the damn transmission replaced, and come to find out, we had a warranty all along. Now kia's acting like they're not responsible.. We're considering suing if possible. At any rate, kia has horrible cars and their customer service sucks too.
