New gearbox.
Door/window seal.
Numerous rattles from the roof/door.
Passenger electric window failure.
Quick, not fast, with great handling.
Leather seats are very comfortable and it's great looker.
Shame about some of the build quality and dealer customer service.
I'm glad you like the car and it's true they LOOK very nice, but all those problems (and I've read similar accounts) Can't do much for its re-sale value come trade-in time. Why are British cars (excepting those from Japanese plants) of such abysmal quality STILL? They're by no means the cheapest in price on the road either.
In fact resale value is high - even for the old MGF. poss because of limited availability, also liked by those who want to be part of the MG tradition.
Hey there! I wanted to buy MG 135 tomorrow, but now I am thinking if I should. I know it looks nice, but after reading all the comments, I am not that excited anymore.
