Traction control system fault @ 102k which failed again @ 107k despite new throttle control unit - very expensive! Also a new potentiometer for the throttle.
On both occasions managed to get car off the road with 'limp-mode'
A.C.C. problems - new condenser coil at 105k.
Turbo problem at 84k.
F/Wheel bearing at 97k.
I suppose over 46k miles in 22 months the car is OK, but the cost of spares is very expensive.
Very comfortable, very fast, very safe!
Replacing the throttle house is seldom necessary. In most cases it starts malfunctioning due to the combination of heat and misalignment of the throttle valve. It locks up, so the ECU switches to limp mode...
Cleaning, re-centering the throttle valve and lubricating all axes is a lot cheaper... The whole job will cost you about an hour of work.
