"High miles equals high dollar amounts"

What things have gone wrong with the car?

Paint is peeling off from all around.

Sometimes, the car turns off while driving.

The battery drains for no reason from time to time (while parked)

Check light won't turn off.

Bad local mileage.

General comments?

A beautiful car, that gets you noticed. Smooth and fast. It is a luxurious car that's fit for an American.

However, be prepared to pay heavy maintenance. For the most part, only the dealer can get you out of trouble..

My Riviera is parked with a blown engine thanks to an oil change place. Left oil filter too loose and by the time the check oil light came on, bam. Took it to them, the replaced the oil filter and oil and it leaked. Took it to dealership. Cracked oil filter housing as a result of having oil filter on too tight. Drove five miles after that was fixed and engine went. But generally, for the 2 months I drove it, made several trips from sacramento to los angeles and back in sheer comfort. A joy to own. Comfortable.
