The fuses blew on several occasions.
The yaris must be one of the best cars available! As a boy racer I thought a 1.0 would have not compared to my nova, but the VVTi engine is fantastic. The boot has just enough room for my stereo equipment. If you buy a yaris get an aftermarket CD player fitted PROFESSIONALLY!!
The Toyota Yaris is a very nice little car, I can't see how anyone can dispute this, and yes comfort, looks and handling wise it will be better than a Nova. A wise choice for an upgrade.
However, the yaris has to be one of the slowest cars on the market, especially the 1 litre. The VW Polo, Fiat Punto, Vauxhall Corsa, Suzuki Swift and Fiat Cequento are all quicker than the Yaris. Saying that it wasn't designed as a boy racer car, it's a shopping basket.
