Body ground effect was warped and replaced.
Engine hood and trunk hood needed to be aligned.
The cabin air filter needed to be replaced.
There is a bad exhaust noise starting to form.
The car cranks over about 4-5 seconds before is starts in cold weather.
The manual gear box grinds from 1st to 2nd when it is cold out.
The brakes have warped already at 12K miles. The wear pattern on the rotors are not even. The car vibrates at highway speeds.
The rear brakes make a clinking noise when cold.
A lot of air leaks in the cabin at highways speeds. It is very loud.
The car is fun to drive. It corners very well and it is zippy.
The 2.5l i4 has plenty of low end torque and the power is even through out the RPM range.
The 6 speed transmission is fun to play with and the 6th creates a low RPM for highway driving.
I can understand why the person was having all those problems since JD Power rated it the lowest in overall quality.
Everyone considering the purchase of a Nissan Sentra must also realize that the car is built in Mexico by unskilled workers... which is essentially as bad as purchasing a vehicle built by UAW employees!
