There have been no problems at all with this car. It is extremely reliable, and if my swift is anything to go by (nothing has gone wrong with it in 70,000klms) then I'm sure this will be just as good, if not better!
No complaints from me. This car is an absolute pleasure to drive. Extremely efficient, only need to fill up every 4-5 weeks!
It has good performance from what I can tell, I have not yet pushed it to its limits, as I am letting it run in before I have some fun.
The interior is great, very comfortable. The only thing that bugs me is that the seats are velour and they get static in the humid weather here in queensland, and that makes everything stick to them.. (they are black seats)
The build quality of this car is exceptional, it fells like a very solid car.
I would definately recommend this car for people looking for a cheap reliable car, I personally think it offers a lot more than other cars on the market for the same price.
I agree with your statements, I have a yellow 2003 model, and am living in NSW. Its comfortable to drive, for a 1600cc and 1130kg she seems to keep up well with most of my mates 1.8 litres and bigger V6 engines. Love the handeling, brakes are excellent with there EBD control and no ABS I haven't yet locked up even under very hard braking. The new 1.8L VVT is a waste of time, test drove one the other week and there is very little difference between the two. Ofcourse the 1.6L is slightly slower than 1.8L. Also for a hatch it's more like a small wagon, stacks of room in rear seats and boot. The high drives seat is one of the other things that I love, good high view of road and surrounding traffic, but with sports car like performance and handeling. In my opinion suzuki has done themselfs proud and I strongly suggest anyone to buy one!!

Of course!! I agree with the comments above, and I also have a liana sedan (1.6Lt). this is a good car which you don't have to be worried about what you have spent for it.
On the road its quite easy to handle and it has got two air bags and the other features are satisfying.
I have brought a suzuki liana sedan, it a 53 reg what do you think its worth 2000 miles.
