This is a fast car. Speeds up to 50mph in first, 80 in second and up to 140mph top speed.
Safe car. I wrecked my last one going about 45mph head on into a 300zx. He had to be hospitalized and his car was totaled.
I drove away and had not even a scratch, well a scratch from the seatbelt was it. Hey he should not have ran that stop sign.
If only the 92 Lumina had air bags.
I agree that air bags would not hurt. But if this car is so great in frontal crashes, why does it have only 2 stars in crash ratings?

My Lumina is powerful and tough. I rear ended and totaled a Toyota - her fault really - stopped on end of the on ramp. The Luminator had one tiny scratch! Up to 222,000 miles with nothing done to engine or transmission. Would love to find another one!
