Eats front tyres
heated front seat shorted out and burnt front seat
started to use oil now
torque converter starting to slip in third gears
I've put two sets of glow plugs in, in last fourteen months
front brake calipers make a noise wwhen front pads are low
sometimes overheats only on hilly terain.
Nice comfortable car good looking abit loose in the wet
lots of room boot space 4 bodies big
dosent lok out of place with other executive cars.
The tracking must be checked with a weight in the car. As per manufacturers instruction. This prevents excessive tyre wear.
Owned Omega cdx 2.5 td 20 months. 80k when bought now 135k. Had s/hand eng. @ 110k valve disintegrated into cylinder. on original eng runs lumpy intermittently at idle both eng. turbo changed 130k pumping oil out!. various diesel leaks, runs out of fuel below 20litres not pumping from tank when fuel low. still drinks oil & lots of smoke serviced regularly. Disapointed with BMW enines was told they wre the best diesel since sliced bread. Not even great performance or economy. Have company Mercedes s class 3.2 diesel fantastic!
