"excellent first car"

What things have gone wrong with the car?

July 2002- The transmission blew and had to be replaced, as did the battery eventually.

September 2003- With 67250 miles on it, the brake pads were in dire need of replacement. With that, the driver's side rotor and caliper had to be replaced.

There were miscellaneous other repairs which had to be done, due to the fact that this car hadn't been driven much at all between October 2002 and June 2003, when all the repairs were done.

General comments?

I love the power seats, they're awesome.

Tilt wheel is a plus.

The seats are pretty plush and comfortable.

The armrest opens up to a nice little storage compartment, which I love.

I love this car in general, it's my first car and my only complaint is that it's a big car... but I'm under 5'0", so that explains why. This car has been pretty good to me!

I think its vary funny that you say the car is too big. my main complaint with my 94 cierra is that it is so small up front (I am over 6ft 6in tall) The Cutlass Cierra is a great car, BUT don't ever by one with near 100k on it in a state that gets snow!!! mine has a big rust hole in the frame under the engine, and the frame creeks and pops when I drive.

These cars do have great comfort and trunck space for just being a mid sized car.
