The car is just great. my dad gave it to me on february 2003, and the only problem that I had was that the fan relay went down, so the fan didn't work, but I changed it myself and it was very cheap. my dad since buying this car in 1989, he never had a problem, so I own the car now.
This car is excellent, it has a great 1.5L carburated motor, it is enough to beat a 96 Honda civic. last time I did it with an Isuzu trooper, but my car reached its max speed, so he passed me, but hardly.
I also have a 1989 Geo Spectrum 1.5 with manual transmission and it doesn't have enough power to pass anything, it can barely pull itself around much less pass anything.
I got a geo spectrum it is a pos, but I still have fun in it and I would like to get it running right does anyone else have any problems with theirs not wanting to go like it misses real bad, but I changed my fule pump fule filter, plugs, plug wires, distributer cap, button, and air filter.
