Noisey (maybe because it's old).
Good value in Singapore. Low running costs and reliable.
The 200E or E200 is not as good as the 230 in the fuel economy.
To extract the performance it has to be in the standard mode. The fuel consumption is very high. Especially in Singapore. I am surprised if you can better 14L/100km.
Why do people keep calling the 200's, 200e's??? They're not, they are fitted with a carburetor which means that they are not a injection model which is what the E stands for. Look at your badge and see fo yourself.
The reason to why they call their w124 a 200E, is probably because it IS a 200E..
The 200E do not have the carburetor unlike the 200. The 200 was rated at 109/105 hp noncat/cat.
The 200E was rated at 118hp. The later 4-valve 200E was rated at 136 hp.
These are NOT to be mixed up with the carburetor 200.
