"It's a good little car and belongs in the Toyota family"

What things have gone wrong with the car?

The alternator has been replaced.

The door handle in the back passenger side has broken.

Two of the vents have broken.

The oil pan has a small leak.

There is rust around all the fenders and the bottoms of the doors.

The oil pressurizing sending unit needs to be replaced.

The exhaust system had to be replaced at about 130,000 miles.

The radiator needs to be replaced at 140,000 miles.

General comments?

The car has been a good little car so far. It has quite a bit of power for a 1.6 liter 4 cylinder engine. It runs almost just as good as my Camry without the comfort.

I have the same problems with my Geo too. But I did not have to change the vents, alternator, or radiator. My Geo is standard and I love the way she drives. But I have been wondering is it really worth putting money into? Or should I just get a new car? If you can help me with that I'll be more relaxed.

I am having radiator problems with my '91 Geo. Despite having been drained a couple of times and coolant replaced, it continues to boil over with rusty water. I am curious to what problems you were having to make radiator replacement necessary.
