2000 Jimmy Lemon Transmission rebuilt at 45,000 miles,

lever broke off of seat 46,000 miles, Bearing replaced 50,000 miles, Jasper transmission installed 115,000 miles, Bearing replaced 113,000 miles, Tires lasted a long time, Brakes lasted 100,000 miles, The gas gauge does not work anymore. I have put about 7,000 dollars into this vehicle in repairs. I had to have it repainted at 100,000 miles.

I own a 2000 GMC Jimmy SLE. The vehicle, today, has just 70,000. miles and is, again, in the repair shop. Since owning the vehicle, I have replaced: transmission (at a mere 60,000 miles), oil cooling line, power steering fluid line, TPS sensor, upper and lower ball joints, u-joints, hubs TWICE (at 50,000 and 70,000 miles), passenger seat, hood latch cable and both power mirrors. I have to replace the front and back brakes yearly. And the little things such as wipers, serpentine belt and gas cap have also been replaced. The security alarm goes off when it rains, but they can't determine what is causing that so it's probably another major cost I have to look forward to down the road.

You can change the seat recliner handle for 1 that won't break at wiitydeals.com.
