1973 Datsun 620 PL from North America - Comments

"Great little workhorse: slow, but steady"

What things have gone wrong with the car?

-Body rust, repaired w/new steel fenders and rockers and fiberglass of box.

-Brakes: Front and rear brakes are drum. Must be careful to install in correct position.

-Carburetion: can be problematic, but only if gas line filter and vapour (Canadian spelling,EH?)system is not regularly serviced and maintained.

-Differential is not positraction so this adversely affects ability to drive in mud or snow.

General comments?

I have owned 7 of these little wonders, they are the most fun you can have really cheap.

I use mine to tow boats and utility trailers, and have had canopies, camperettes and campers installed.

I try keep this one stock as it is now my "collectable" (30 plus years) and as such qualifies for collector plates and insurance.
