Around 11,000 miles, the lifters started chattering. (Dealer adjusted)
There is also a deep knock on very cold mornings. (Service bulletin says this is OK???)
When using the right turn signal, both signals will blink. (Dealer supposedly fixed, they found a short on the left rear taillight, but still happens)
Overall, I love the truck. It does everything I wanted, but I do wish I wold have popped for the 4 wheel drive now. I have had no problems towing boats or trailers of any size. The ride is a little rough, but it is a truck and has the 2500 series suspension.
The power from the 6.0 is outstanding, for such a big truck, I can hold my own. I have added a few extras that have made it even better, and still have one more to add to make me happy.
You may already know this, but the 5.7 and 6.0 both knock when cold. GM is aware of in and if you have taken it to your dealer for the "normal" diagnosis, GM will send you a certificate guaranteeing the engine for 100,000 miles. They even include the water pump!
