I would like to say something positive about Ford Orion's, however this car thankfully is my last one out of 5 other Orion's and when a list of things go wrong like I have mentioned; I can honestly put my hand on my heart and say there is nothing good at all about Ford Orion's.
Try the 130bhp 16v orion mate and put a sock in it. I disagree very strongly with your coments on ford orions. that's just a cheap lx. I've got a 130 myself and it has been excellent. your just fussy aint ya!
I wouldn't touch a Ford personally. They are just cheap, badly built, mass produced, unreliable pieces of junk. Buy yourself a Nissan Primera. I've never had to change anything on it. Nissan primera's as standard will leave an escort, orion and mondeo behind every time.
They also have a much better build quality, and therfore much, much, much more reliable than a ford.
Go Japan power!!!
I completely disagree with what you have said as I've had a ford orion 1.8 diesel for the last 5 years and I've never had no problem. All it is is just how you drive and garage faults and basic wear and tear. So I would recommend ford orion to any one.
