Can't drive it when is wet or snowing, very dangerous. ac barely work, I can't see to fix some weir noises around the ac comp. and alternator.
Other than driving it when is wet, the car is a best buy. low cost maintenance.
I live in CT and drive up to VT to ski, so I'm used to driving in not so ideal conditions in the winter. I had a 2000 Altima SE. The original tires on this car were horrible for rain and terrible for snow conditions. Bought new tires ($70each) for the front and it drove much better in the rain and snow.
I owned the car for 4 years. Bought a wagon for the family to replace it. I only had about 45k on the car when I turned it in, but I never had a problem with it. Don't know if I'd buy another. I may try a Maxima.
