Hydrolastic suspension collapsed, replaced with dry and all tuning gear. Engine was screwed, but hey it's really old and it needed uprating.
Old minis are the most fun you can have on wheels STILL.
Tuning parts are cheap.
You can go as fast around a corner as you can in a straight line.
They are sods to work on.
It's worth the hassle.
Everyone loves them.
Once you've owned one, you will always want/own one.
Oh man..yeah..that was dope... SOOOO dope! That car had us rockin' an' rollin' and couldn't stop the vibe since everyone immediately started shedding tears of joy once they saw this car. Forget about us, this mini was on FIRE! Then, after 3 minutes, I had a cosmic moment. I uttered these words, so help me god;
"papparazzis
like nazis
wanna click me
don't know me!
Gotta mini and the oakland posse
and if you see me
you better run like wile E"
This car is still on the freeways starting ego problems with all of the wanky american designed cars... of course not mentioning camaros, but I'll always enjoy this mini. Forever.
