"Luxurious hunk of s**t"

What things have gone wrong with the car?

The Air Conditioning system is gone. No idea whats wrong with it.

Front end is terrible to keep in good shape.

Withing the last year or so tie rods have been replaced.

Several bushings have worn out.

Infinity sound system was great until it broke. Rubber Spring under the buttons collapsed. Now it doesn't work.

Power Antenna is ceased in the upright position.

Struts have been replaced withing the past 2 weeks.

Catalytic Converter has been replaced withing the last year.

$300 worth of work to pass the emissions test.

General comments?

When its all cleaned up and waxed, it is an extremely sexy car.

It is a dark forest green with deep tint windows and alloy wheels (which are a b***h to keep clean because of all the tiny holes)

Tons of power, 215 hp.

Great shifting despite Chrysler's transmission problems in the past.

Leather seats are extremely comfortable especially on long trips.

Infinity sound system was amazing, clear and crisp.

Tons of driver and rear passenger leg room.

Same experience with a 1995 Chrysler LHS. Truly a piece of junk, the scary issue was it was a $28,000 car, the top of their line. My first (and last) Chrysler. Truly sorry I tried their best! Lost the water pump (and a timing belt while the mechanic was in there). Also replaced the A/C compressor TWICE! (serviced by a Chrysler dealership!), power steering, map sensor (included tow bill). 80,000 miles and 5 years old. Since then the Infinity display blacked out, crankshaft sensor dropped out, and now the electrical has gone South.

Best looking piece of junk ever produced!

My 1995 LHS the thermostat doesn't work all the time, I have transmission problems, the antenna is stuck in the down position, but the car has amazing power for the size of it.

I have a 1995 LHS and I love it! I like the comfort, the handling, power, power! I have had normal problems just like any other car. Take care of your car and it will take care of you.

I am a proud owner of a 1995 LHS and I love it.

The leather interior is beautiful and the power of the car is great. It has only 59000 miles on it. At the dealer I went ahead and bought a 48 month 48000 mile warranty just in case I have any trouble with my car. I am very happy with my LHS.

I took care of my car, but it's not taking good care of my wallet at all. Replaced transmission last year, now the new one is acting up again. This car is a piece of junk.

I own a '95 LHS and I drive it hard as I am only 26 years old. It has 178000km on it, yet it hasn't ever let me down. The CD player display stopped working so I installed an after-market CD player for cheap, and it sounds even better. I run synthetic oil in the engine, transmission, and differential (filled separately). The car is second only to my old caravan that had 421000km on it when I sold it still running!
