Roof has leaked constantly along roof rail join.
Seat belt buckle stopped working.
Fuel gauge erratic below 1/4 tank.
Seats not comfortable over long distances.
Odd wheel bearing noises when windows open.
Seating flexibility very useful.
Interior vinyl trim damages easily.
My 2003 Zafira also has a very unreliable petrol gauge under 1/4 tank too. Dealership don't seem to care...
Continuous problems with the particulate filter on the Zafira design. According to the vauxhall dealership, there is currently no solution to this problem and the problem will persist indefinitely. The engine management light has been on 3 times in the last 4 weeks with the engine in "limp home mode". Each time the vehicle has been returned to the garage for rectifying. The vehicle has done abt 3000miles and appears to affect vectras with the same engine (1.9 dti).
Will be doing a lot of miles in the next few months (v.handy!!)
