Nothing has gone wrong with my car. I went for regular normal service according to the manufacturer's manual.
Generally a good vehicle. Easy to handle and good fuel consumption as compared to bugger 4WD vehicles. The small size fits in nicely for 3 big size adult passengers and 4 smaller or medium sized adult passengers. Ample space for luggages too. The seats are high about other vehicles and gave good view over other vehicles around. Good for mild off-road driving especially driving through rubber and oil palm estates.
I bought my Kembara EX in 2002 end. I have no problem until now. The advantage in buying the EX model (basic model) is that you can put in all the accessories at your own price and you can choose the items to be fixed on your car too! I have installed a good anti-theft system and the central locking devices, got my own favourite tyre rims, and many more! It is a reliable car. Full tank can bring me 450km! KL to Alor Setar approximately... My comments: Good and reliable car, easy to maneuver, user friendly, Syabas!
My 2002 EX model is now at 142K! Is is still running smoothly as before. Easy on flash floods in Kuala Lumpur. Good handling. Good and reliable MPV.
