So far no serious problems. just have to keep my eyes on the major parts. timing belt, alternator, etc.
I bought this car in 2002 and so far I had no serious problems with it. its fast, runs great, looks great, sounds great!!! and beat a 5.0 mustang on the highway. :)
I have a 1991 z34 and have done some mods 2 it! A 2 1/4" exhaust from front 2 back (a big resonator in line where the converter should be) short mufflers and 2 3/4" tips!
Cold air intake and fine tip plugs (like an EV tip)
Your car will lose mid range, but will make up for it on the top end ; will surprise a lot of rice rockets on the highway!!
Nice car nice power hard to work on and bad about cooling problems with inner engine such as the heads and manifold
also has a very rare engine.
