Electric windows failed to open twice.
Boot lock failed 3 times.
Switchgear gets sucked out of sockets when car is vacuumed.
The car is a refined, economical and comfortable long distance cruiser.
Good equipment levels and generally good materials used in the cabin, although the door capping trim is very hard and uncomfortable.
Seats are very comfortable.
The rear passenger legroom is terrible. Front can be cramped when seats moved forward to allow space for rear passengers.
Boot space is good.
Paint scratches very easily.
Alloy wheels are protected from scuffing by sidewall of tyre, a very good feature.
The problem your experencing with the turbo cutting out is called "over boosting" the turbo cuts out making the car go to limp home mode. this problem is often seen when ever a tdi volkswagen has been chipped. some one who can chip or remap the brain can sort your problem.
Are you sure that this problem is not caused by the air flow meter?
