"A racy bird puller!"

What things have gone wrong with the car?

Had to have major service and engine flush which cost me, well my mum £500.

Car made a funny noise on way home from college thought nothing of it until I got a bill (well my mum) got a bill for a £1000 for cambelt, bent valves etc!

Revs up of own accord at the moment and engine management light keeps comin on!

Mummy, a new ecu is needed me think!

General comments?

This car attracts fine ladys!

It also attracts chavs who get jealous and key the thing!

Very fast little car which handles well!! sounds awesome when you take off air pipe!

Ahead of its time in so many ways and is a lovely little car.

Drinks more oil than I do beer though!

I have a corsa GSI.

The main thing to go wrong with it has been the head-gasket blowing which cost me £225 to have put right along with a service and cam belt, oil filter, oil change etc.

It was drinking oil, but needed a new rocker cover gasket which has solved that problem.

I've installed a K+N which makes it sound really meaty, power boost valve which at the moment needs setting up as it is messing about sometimes flooding the engine.

It handles like a go-kart and is the best car I've had yet to modify.

Almost keeps up with the escort RS TURBO.

Hi I own a corsa gsi aswell, i had the same problem, that it revs up by its self, i got I checked out and it was the idle control valve gasket at fault, could be something to look into?
