Windshield was ill fitted Chinese knock off that started to actually come out on a road trip.
Interior fit and finish very poor with numerous squeaks.
Remote trunk release failed after 2 weeks. Cannot be fixed apparently.
Engine shudders in drive at low speeds and idle.
Transmission clunks in and out of gear.
Car prone to gas line freeze up even with antifreeze added to fuel.
Saturn service? Deny, deny deny everything. Useless.
This car is a total and unmitigated disaster. I will not take it out of the city. This is my second Saturn and it will absolutely be my last. As soon as I can get the engine shudder fixed, it's hitting the auctions.
Maybe some of your engine trouble is due to the fact that you put antifreeze in your fuel.
That might have something to do with it. Please do not buy another Saturn, as they are idiot-proof, and the ensuing frustration you will experience will be to great.
Engine shutter may actu7ally be coming from your Transmission, it was with mine, I'd accerate and it would shutter, a guy told me to emty the trannie fluid and replace with MERCON V (5).
Immediate fix.
