I have owned this van for about 6 months, and during that 6 months have done about $1000 worth of work, and that's with it only being repaired by a repair shop once. The rest of the times myself or a family friend did the repairs.
The van doesn't have much cargo space with both back seats in. There is not much leg room in the front.
The seats are quite comfortable.
The van does have great power and good handling.
You're kidding, right?
You buy a vehicle with 150,000 miles or so on the clock and your surprised it needs some work or it isn't perfect? Vans... ALL vans live a much harder life than cars. they carry more, tow harder and tend to be used as workhorses and as a result they are generally sold when they get too worn or old to be dependable. Usually the guy that buys a used van with 150,000 miles on it expects it to need a lot of work, and will be able to fix what needs fixing to get another few years out of it.
I second that comment!!!
Absolutely correct- I bet you paid next to nothing for a well built van that had a lot of miles. Assuming the average highway/city mix, it was probably 40-60k of stop and go mileage at least. You should be thankful you were even able to buy a car. Travel the world and see what the majority of people drive-- their two feet! My Astro is alive and still kicking!
