This is my first car. I have never had any problems with it. It's fast and VERY reliable. If something were to happen to this one, I would buy another one or a 94-96 Impala SS. Very comfortable and the chicks love it. As long as you buy this car from a dealer or a GROWN adult, you will have yourself a nice piece of machinery. The reviews from this site helped me out a lot. Out of all the reviews for this car you can't find one negative view. PLUS these things are battle Tanks!!! I swear on tow different occasions I bumped into a car and there was NO damage. Trust me!

P.S. The 4.3liter V8 has 200hp and 245lb of torque. Mix that with a 4000+lb car and a granny transmission and you get a 0-60 time of 8.9 seconds.
Trust me... that is the slowest car on the planet. I used to have one and got beat by 1988 chevy corsica with a 2.8liter engine. This car is nothing, but a grocery getter.
Actually 0-60 in 8.9 seconds ain't too bad, That's actually pretty fast for a BIG car.
It somewhat rivals the new dodge charger in terms of performance as it gets 0-60 in 9.0 seconds with the 3.5L High output V6.
The 4.3 V8 isn't too bad on gas either (For a V8) about 16 city
and 25 or 26 highway.
