I have no problems with the car so far.

The car has a very comfortable drive.

Its EFI system gives peak power & Performance during the drive.

There is just one short coming, the rear sitting environment; the seat's comfort level is below average, the back support is really not up to the mark and gives a back ache on long drives.

Regrding its pick up, its fabulous! perfect handling, the front shape has been copied from the mercedez A class, specially the A -1.6 D version, but the copy is a complete success, the road grip is excellent, the breaking compared to suzuki cultus is far better.

Hello, I have been using SANTRO '04 since last 06 months. I have really enjoyed the ride and it is worth its price (atleast for me). The problem which I have exprienced (although addressed efficiently by after sales service people) mainly arose due to poor quality control right at the factory level. The problems with the front brake discs, automatic sliding down of front (both) mirrors are nightmares when someone consider to have bought a trouble/ mechanic free car for atleast sometime. QUALITY CONTROL STANDARDS must be revised.

Hi, I agree with you madam, but this has to be effectively catered through the manufacturing process, but wat the heck this still is far better :)

I bought it around 4 years back for Rs. 415,000 from Faisalbad Hyundai Motors and the car really proved to my expectations as I was only 18 years old at that time, all my sisters learned driving on that car and after driving around 85,000 km sold it of for Rs. 300,000. Good worth for money.

Drawbacks

1. Fuel injector gets spoiled at 35,000 km

2. Little space for brakes and clutch as space is very small (Fair enough for ladies).

3. rear seats major make over coz the passengers really get tired fast.

Advantages

1. Never brakes down

2. Excellent pick up coz of EFi engine

3. Easy maintenance - Very affordable

Loved it and now my younger sisters wants a new santro again!!! Its basically a cars for girls, ladies and youngsters, but not for grown up people.

Santro I luv ya, your the best, better than a merc, rolls, bmw, ferrari, chevy, beamer, cadilac and lun.
