There was a problem with the started solenoid sticking. The service department lubricated it and there has no longer been any other problems.
As for fuel economy, it is a van not a little four cylinder. We are getting on average about 28mpg. and that is a mix bag of highway and city.
As for room, with 3 small children under 5, there is so much room for the kids and they enjoy not being crammed together.
I tottally agree with you!, we are 6 in my family, and my kids just love our Montana, it has plenty of room, not to mention that is way wider than all those vans out there, the A/C cools really fast and when you step on the pedal you can feel the power, man that van is strong! I know that for a fact! 2 months ago my husband and I went camping to some place in California and let me tell you, you had to see all those mountains of mod, would you believe that the Montana didn't get stucked? it went thru all that dirt with no problem, ohhh not to mention that when we got to the camping site we didn't have to worry about inflating our beds because the van is equiped with an electric inflator that you can even use to inflate the vans' wheel!
