"It was expensive, but worth it"

What things have gone wrong with the car?

Fuel filter was plugged.

Air conditioner needed recharging.

Timing chain adjuster replaced for good measure.

General comments?

This car is perfect in every way.

Paint is flawless.

Engine hardly even broken in yet!

Interior looks brand new.

Under-body still coated with original protecting coat.

I owne a 86' Mercedes Benz 420SEL. It has 4.2L, V8, 201HP@5200RPM, and Torque 228@3600RPM. The only problems I have with a car is that I have a little bit of oil leaking from engine. I beleive it is one of the rubber seals, but hey considering that car is almost 20 years old the rubber seal starts to weaken and starts leaking. Other than this the car cannot be described. You have to have one in order to know what I am talking about. The style, the power, the name reputation behind benz, the comfort, the quality, it is all in this one. If I put 91' gas type I get around 7 seconds 0-60.
