"It's fun, quick, semi-reliable and stylish"

What things have gone wrong with the car?

Driver seat has ripped/torn badly on left side.

Burns a lot of oil (20w-50)

Hatch struts broken.

I'm on my third window regulator.

Sunroof sticks to tracks, always having to grease them.

General comments?

I am 6'4 and I fit very well in the CRX, though the seats are uncomfortable.

I put a lot of money into my car with aftermarket performance parts with the stock engine (cold air intake, full 2 1/4' exhaust with a high-flow catylitic converter, short throw shifter, energy suspension bushings, tokico struts, eibach springs, suspension techniques front and rear sway bars, camber kit, 15' civic Si wheels, etc..)

I ran a 15.2 seconds quarter mile time.

About the oil consumption issue, you may want to try pulling the plugs, pouring some ring cleaner in the cylinders, and letting it sit for a few days. I don't know Honda motors very well, but Saturn's are known for the oil rings freezing up causing excessive oil consumption (sometimes up to a quart per 100 miles!) You can get "ring cleaner" from a Saturn dealership for about $15 per quart or I would try using some break away/rust penetrant. Good Luck!
