1987 Buick LeSabre T-Type from North America - Comments

"Very nice stying and goes great at any speed"

What things have gone wrong with the car?

I replaced the O2 sensor and plug wires last week at 100,000 miles. It was throwing code 13.

The headliner has been replaced as well as the cable for the Sky top sun roof.

Water leaks at the dashboard caused water to puddle under the carpet in the back seats.

Replaced the struts at 50,000 miles

Replaced the rear ball joints at 90,000 Mi.

Heat selector switch replaced at 95,000 Mi.

Radio scans channels when I hit bumps.

General comments?

This has been the best car I ever had.

I bought it new in 1987, and have put 100,000 miles on it in 18 years.

I have gone through 3 sets of tires, and have Goodyear Eagle Gt+4's on it now.

The steering wheel could be a little closer to the driver, but it's still very comfortable to drive long distances.

Wow, you sure don't drive much! I put 100,000 miles on my car every 3 years.

You must have my T-Type's twin brother.

I have had all the replacement parts you had done at exactly the same mileage intervals, including the Skytop and headliner.

I currently have 106,000 miles on it since buying it new in 1987. My hood has been prone to vandalism and accidents, so I'm on my 3rd one now. But this is one great car!

I would say more, but it would be an exact copy of your review.
